The Asset Management (AM) Division is responsible for preparing and monitoring the overall asset management policy for the Department of Telecom and its related offices, as well as for Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) under the administrative control of the DoT. Pursuant to Cabinet decision on revival of BSNL/MTNL and target set for National Monetization Pipeline, monetization of Core and Non-Core Assets of BSNL/MTNL has become very important work for the Asset Management Division of DoT.
