I am a retailar problem face evry time on aircel . all times network problem recharge faild no charge on stock but next rechaege same customers again then charge 2 . Call customer care aircel he/she replied no reversel are possible. Her company network folds suffer retailar loss blance. I request plese fallow up in this problem company no solve and no retund blance. Then closed in this company.
