यूपी के शाहजहाँपुर जिले की तहसील पुबायां में बिगत कई महीनो से बीएसएनएल का नेटवर्क बहुत ख़राब चल रहा है।
यहाँ तक की जी पुबायां a b c लिख कर आता था वो भी अब बंद है कॉल मिलती ही नहीं जब शिकायत की तो sdo कुछ भी सुनने को तैयार नहीं।
