I had recharged my reliance GSM mobile no 9336241215 on 11.9.2016 but the out going call is not being allowed by the service provider.I had lodged complaintwith SR no 249864556 which was resolved without addressing my concern. Again i did lodge complaint SR no 250067387 but it was also n resolved in the same manner. Even thre is balance in my account but i can not use my mobile.Please help me
