Call details of Individuals can be obtained from telecom operators without the consent of the mobile number user/customer?
If Yes by which all authorities under what circumstances
Can a customer is allowed to get the details on how many times his call details were obtained by individuals or agencies under approvals or unauthorised access
What is the punishment for telecom companies employees and to telecom companies for sharing call details without specific acts or approvals
