I am Naveen B C, residing at Kalathil Parambil House, Elamakkara P O.
My house is located across the railway line near Elamakkara. My home can be accessed only through the (Makkaparambu Tunnel or Subway) by road and direct road access is not possible towards my location.
I have been trying to apply for a broadband or fibre internet connection for my home for the last 5,6 months.
Upon enquiry with the Asianet broadband service I came to know that there is no service provider providing broadband or fibre connection across the railway lane as the railway does not sanction the same.
I want to know whether there is such a restriction from the railways in extending wired connection across the railway lane through the tunnel/subway.
I also want to know the service providers who are permitted to extend broadband/fibre connection across the railway track either through wired or wireless channels.
