I have made several complaints with the BSNL Karnataka Circle Vidyaranyapura area and the arrogance shown typically shows how the institution works. I am going to refer this to PM as well how customers are harassed. I don't get any SMS from IRCTC or my family members or colleagues or important messages on security or/ and mainly railway IRCTC bookings I make plus from other service providers are unable to reach me. All commercial SMS which are unwanted is coming in. Plus I am thinking of porting this to another network shortly. I am a old customer and a local of Bangalore City.
