I have made several complaints with the BSNL Karnataka Circle Vidyaranyapura area and the arrogance shown typically shows how the institution works. I am going to refer this to PM as well how customers are harassed. I don't get any SMS from IRCTC or my family members or colleagues or important messages on security or/ and mainly railway IRCTC bookings I make plus from other service providers are unable to reach me. All commercial SMS which are unwanted is coming in. Plus I am thinking of porting this to another network shortly. I am a old customer and a local of Bangalore City. I am still being treated with a harsh treatment in your Vidyaranyapura area. I don't feel like going there for the way they treat complaints. With the demonetization at least they should feel how to treat a customer properly. Great job to bring down un productive people. Please support employment generation who needs and knows real work
