Every BSNL complaint gets closed by stating some standard absurd answer like, "contacted subscriber ph. and bb. working fine. " It doesn't matter if the issue reported is about UPS or underground cable, standard answer and close ticket.

But it comes to billing charge full amount whether you provide service or not.

Hopeless complaint redressal management.

we are facing heavy problam of bsnl 2G network in our area . there 3G no network . 2 G network very poor , when we want to call then we go to roof for network , also our Akarpura exchange no battery's when light off tower off ,
i hope you will take action agains it,
