dear sir,
i am from Bidrakan village of Siddaur taluk of karnataka (08389) in our exchange 10 phone connections are out of order from past 20 days and only 17 phones are working since 7 days. your JTO and Line man are highly irresponsible and they do not know how to talk with the customer.

i request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest
