Bsnl plan to nikal deti hai but cable hi nhi hai patna k najdik ka exchange Fatwah me jab hm 249 ka net connection k liye gaye tab exchange me bola gaya ki cable sabhi jagah kata hua hai isliye koi connection nahi milega abhi muskil se 10 -20 connection hai is exchange se so please care about it inho sab karno se bsnl ki sakh kharab go rahi hai

Dear sir,
This is inform to you that i am belong from village -thoothibari,post -thoothibari,dist.- maharajganj u.p.(273305), in our village not any communication system to communicate any ware. we are suffering this problem , all network provider unable to provide his service due to border of Nepal..
so this is highly request to provide a network system in our village,its very necessary, plz do it need full...

For Member Services RR the following suggestions are submitted:
1. There must be an essential qualification as "A Bachalor's Degree inEngineering with minimum 25 years of experience in the field of Telecom"
2. the condition of one year residual service from the date of occurrence of the vacancy should only be followed. ( Not the date of closing date)
3. The mandatory condition of HAG service should be made as " Two years of service in the scale of HAG. (Not to insist for regular service)

The following points are submitted for consideration:
a) Graduation in Engireering with Telecommunications as subject
b)25 years of relevent experience in the field of Telecommunication at senior management level - JS level for 10 years and 2 years at HAG NFU/HAG level experience
c)The existing condition of one year residual service should be continued from the date of occurrence of vacancy, for the officer to be selected.
