वंदे मातरम् ।
महाशय ,मेरा नाम राकेश कुमार बर्मन है । मैं पिछले 4 वर्षों से बीएसएनएल मोबाइल उपभोक्ता हूँ । मैं बीएसएनएल 3G प्रयोग में लेता हूँ और बीएसएनएल को प्राथमिकता देता हूँ । पिछले 3 महीनों पहले तक 3G सेवा में कोई असुविधा नहीं थी , परंतु पिछले 3 महीने से हमारे क्षेत्र में बीएसएनएल की 3G सेवा बाधित चल रही है । प्रत्येक महीने मेरा 1gb से अधिक 3G डेटा बर्बाद हो रहा है । इस महीने तो 5 gb बर्बाद हो गया । नेटवर्क नहीं होने के कारण । कृपया समाधान करवाएं ।

Sorry to bother you on the subject.
My landline phone (Number - 033 25634905) is out of order since 07 Aug 2016. It appears no action has been initiated for repair post my complaint at BSNL customer Self care portal (SR no - 13779179582). Repeated calls and personal visits to the exchange failed to yield any result for the restoration of the services.

I have also lodged a complaint with Grievance cell Ref. DOTEL/E/2016/38451 dated 29/09/2016, but till date no respond or any feed back is received on it.
