Sorry to bother you on the subject.
My landline phone (Number - 033 25634905) is out of order since 07 Aug 2016. It appears no action has been initiated for repair post my complaint at BSNL customer Self care portal (SR no - 13779179582). Repeated calls and personal visits to the exchange failed to yield any result for the restoration of the services.
I have also lodged a complaint with Grievance cell Ref. DOTEL/E/2016/38451 dated 29/09/2016, but till date no respond or any feed back is received on it.
