My submission is that government controlled BSNL which is the largest mobile network and having huge infrastructure is not able to provide 4G service, whereas other private operators have started 4G services since long. Similarly erstwhile Indian Telephone Industries (ITI) who was manufacturing landline phones and telephone exchanges are worthless and unproductive. ITI should manufacture low cost mobile handsets (Feature and Smartphone) with multinational tie up if necessary so that we should become self reliant.
