I am a serving soldier and want to update the name of my daughter in Aadhaar . However, after providing UDIAI with her birth certificate, Class X certificate and Certificate from Class A Gazzeted Officer, my form is being declined stating that the certificate should be on Officer's letter head. It must be understood that Defence officers do not have official letter head. They only have a round seal and a name stamp. My daughter is appearing in JEE 2017, for which Aadhar card is made mandatory. May I request your kind office to help me in the matter.
