sir i am an resident of ranikhet,almora,uttrakhand.It has been nearly a month since i have applied for a BSNL broadband connection. But the concerned authorities have not yet taken any action, from past few weeks they are always making some silly excuses. sir i am an student of B.Sc(regular) apart from lectures i need some extra notes and tutorials which i am unable to get.
sir i request you to please look into this matter and please take some action ,asking the authorities to take serious action.
