Hello Sir, l have ported my number 9023098556 to bsnl recently, but I have not been able to call any one from my cell phone. It is some some issue with FRC I have been facing this problem from last 15 days. I tried to call customer service but they don not give any satisfactory reason and are in hurry to just cut the call, they don't even listen to the problem of customer. Kindly look into this matter and please sir do some serious reform's in BSNL customer service leadership
