Sir, BSNL services are getting pathetic. The complaint redressal mechanism is intolerable in BSNL. Customers are overcharged and never refunded monies despite appeals to Nodal officers who act in revenue interest of BSNL. The officers of PSU have a very lethargic approach towards work.
