I want the following information under RTI Act
I had 9868604510 number registered in my name as per Tafcom Website I
tried to stop the SIM through TAFCOM website my choosing the not
required option
My Query is
1 Why and how someone else is still using the same number
2 How someone else transferred the number in their own name after the
complaint without my consent or NOC
3 Is there any way a person can transfer the SIM without previous owner
permission even after lodging the complaint to stop the services on
TAFCOM website
4 If its illegal to transfer the SIM without the permission of Actual
owner what action the TAFCOM took against the mobile company
