I am a filmmaker and currently I am making a film on The 2G spectrum scam that happened in the year 2007-08 in the allocation of 2G spectrum licenses.
We have been doing detailed research about how and why this 2G spectrum scam allegedly happened and are trying to find out everything related to this case. There are a number of facts and evidence floating in the public domain, however, I would like to use the facts provided by the Government of India. In this context I would like to request you to help me with the following information so that we can present only facts to the public of India and the world.
Following are my queries/concerns:
1. Please provide us with the copy of the letter written by then Minister of Communication and Information Technology A. Raja to the then Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh on 2 November 2007. Is there any document that shows this letter was acknowledged by the Prime Minister office? If yes, please share. Was there any response from the PMO to A.Raja in regards to this letter? If yes, please share the response with the date.
2. Please provide us with the copy of the letter written by then Minister of Communication and Information Technology A. 4. Please provide us with the copies of the letters written by the then Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh in reply to the letter written by the then Minister of Communication and Information Technology A. Raja on 26 December 2007. Is there any document that shows this letter was acknowledged by A Raja or his office? If yes, please share.
