1.Please mention provision /rule which allows law enforcement agencies to access the Indian citizen privacy data such as call, location, SMS without registering a FIR.
2.Do the telecommunication companies have to right to change the ownership of the sim without the knowledge of the customer, if the particular sim is not recharged.
3.Can police disclose Whatsapp chats and photos collected during investigation under RTI act.
4.What are TRAI regulation regarding no of days for 1 month mobile prepaid recharge.one month equal how many days according to TRAI rules because according to available monthly mobile prepaid recharge available with service provider no of days included are 28. And thus resulting into paying 13 monthly recharge per year which should be 12 per year.
5.Provide a copy of incoming/outgoing calls if we can legally record them with the help of call recorder in mobile as per TRAI Act.
