Requesting information u/s 6(1) or 6(3) of RTI Act- 2005
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am looking for the following information from your end
1.MNP is allowed the current owner of mobile connection to port from one network to another
2.MNP UPC code also allows change of ownership of mobile connection from one person to another person
3.Using UPC CODE is it authorized by Telecom authority to perform change of ownership of a mobile number without NOC from current owner
4.Is it allowed to transfer a mobile connection of one person to other non-blood relationship
5.Is the respected telecom doesnot validate the current owner and new owner details while porting.
6.What are the remedies and justice available in case the active mobile number connection of one person was transferred to other person using MNP but without permission or NOC from the real legal owner.
7.Provide us the authorities whom are authorized to enquire and investigate on this type of issue on security and privacy breach.
