2. If so, the timeline for retrieving Voice Call data and Message data and transcription of the data from their servers. If the different timeline is followed by each and every Service providers the details.
3. Who are entitled to get Voice Call data and Message data and transcription of the data from the Service providers.
4. The procedures to get transcripts from the Service providers by Individuals and Police.
