Is it possible to port out (migrate to VI from JIO) from post-paid plan to pre-paid plan?
Last month (October 2021) I had visited VI with the same query. VI customer store executive said I must go with post-paid plan only and after 4 months that is 120 days with VI I can get this number converted to pre-paid within VI.
I request TRAI to confirm on above points. Is it true?
