With regards to internet shutdowns in various parts of the country this year, please provide the following:
i) Whether any internet shutdowns did take place in India in 2021?
ii) The number of such internet shutdowns that took place in India in 2021
iii) Please provide copies of the orders issued implementing these internet shutdowns.
