Kindly arrange to provide the following information under RTI act 2005 and adhere to the 30 days timeline of RTI act 2005
1) Kindly arrange to provide a copy of the order through which DoP PA Wing has been assigned the role of cadre controlling authority in respect of IP and TAFS Group B Gazetted
2) Kindly arrange to provide the copy of order or resolution through which powers have been delegated to DoT SEA Wing through which letter no. 18 01 2015 SEA II Part I Vol II dated 08 10 2021 has been issued by DoT(SEA wing) to hold in abeyance any orders/guidelines issued by DoP PA Wing being the cadre controlling authority in respect of IP&TAFS Group B Gazetted
3. Kindly arrange to provide a copy of approved note sheet by virtue of which letter no 18 01 2015 SEA II Part
I Vol II dated 08 10 2021 has been issued
