(1) Are the officers of Indian Post &Telegraph Accounts & Finance Service, Group A posted in the National Institute of Communication Finance, New Delhi posted on deputation or as encadred posting?
(2) If they are posted as encadred posting, then please reply the following queries
a) Are these officers (faculty) granted Training Allowance @24% of Basic Pay as per the DoPT Circular No. I3024/0 I/20 16-Trg. Ref. dated: 24/10/2017
b) Under which category does these encadred posts fall: permanent, temporary or tenure?
c) Is there a specific and exclusive policy for posting of Indian Post & Telegraph Accounts & Finance Service, Group A officers in NICF? If yes, then please furnish a copy of it.
