Please provide the following information under RTI Act – 2005

1. My earlier RTI application Dt 08-09-2020 information was sought that P.O. clause No. 9 transfer of GPF in new account consent to be obtained from (MTNL) .
Reply giving by DoT to me was not satisfactory.
Was consent obtained from MTNL on 01-11-1998 to transfer my GPF in new account.
