Sir on 8th June I got to know that my mobile number 9151515154 of sim no. 89911500028044940524NTHLRGE in Lucknow of UP EAST with fully running condition was illegally port out with a fake aadhar card by using my name and even I did not received any kind of messages or call for porting out from the network providers.
After that when I go to registered FIR against such crime to the nearest police station here in Lucknow, UP. they did not registered any FIR or complaint in m case
Please provide me information is that Illegal Porting of Sim Card on Fake Aadhar Card is offense or not, if it is then please provide me the procedure to lodged FIR as it is a purely case of Infringment of citizen and consumer rights and privacy.
