Seeking information under right to information act 2005.
Who has authority to get the mobile number transfer to his/her name after demise of owner of mobile number.
What are the different guidelines from TRAI to different companies (Vodafone/AIRTEL) in this regard.
In case, if non-blood relative/third party attempt to transfer same number without family consent on his name after demise of owner, is it an offense and can FIR be lodged.
