Please Provide me Information Under RTI Act 2005 about-:
(1) How DOT Tackle complaint for Preapid/Postpaid Mobile of Customer throughout the country.
(2) How many Complaint was filed by Prepaid Mobile Number-9887792479 (Idea/Vodafone) Rajasthan and What action did DOT Taken.
(3) How DOT Solve the problem of common man about Balance Deduction or any complaint regarding Mobile Services.
(4) Which Government Body Look after the complaint Related to Customers of Prepaid/Postpaid Mobile.
(5)How DOT resolves complaint related to Balance deduction as I have many times emailed my problem for Mobile 9887792479 about balance deduction and when no action was taken then I have to Portout to BSNL with a Balance loss of Rs 250/-
(6)How Can I get the compensation for Balance Deduction of Rs 250/- after Port out to other company as I have many times Complained my problem to Idea through call and Email.
