Subject : Request for Information under Right to Information Act, 2005

I had registered complaint In Jio with reference MR0000RR94GW and DoT complaint DOTEL/E/2020/09446, DOTEL/E/2020/09721, DOTEL/E/2020/09723.My jio number is 7979935270 which is always used in jiofi. It has no calling balance.I had recharged it with jio work from home plan on 1-4-2020.I had done 8 recharges of the same.For 3 days everything was fine but from 4-4-2020 my plans which were in queue got activated.

As per RTI Act :A citizen has right to seek information from PIO under section 2(f) .Right Includes inspection of work, documents ,record, advice, press release ,circular taking notes, certified copies, logbook, order,model ,emails, data material in any Electronic form etc. .The Right To Information is a cherished Right. Information and Right to Information are intended to be formidable tools in the Hands of responsible citizen to bring transparency and accountability.

In the above connection Please supply the information as per the Act and CIC :

1.Please supply the Certified copy of Your Role and Responsibility regarding Customer service .

2. Please supply the Certified copy of Your order Regarding Plan activation/Deactivation.

3.Please supply the Certified copy which states customer consent is not needed in activation/deactivation of a plan by the service provider.

4.Please provide the information which states that there is no need to specify the functionality of a plan in the service provider TERMS & CONDITION.

I am depositing RTI Fee amount of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) towards application fee through www.rtionline.gov.in to favoring State Bank Of India as prescribed under the RTI Act.

Kindly provide the information as soon as possible & within time frame as stipulated under RTI Act, 2005.
