I want to know that how many VOIP calls are routed to Indian mobile numbers and landline numbers from the IP address 61.12.27.66 in the last three years. This IP is assigned to OPK E-services Pvt Ltd which he used to make the VOIP calling to Indian numbers from his office situated in Cybercity, with the help of there IT consulting company JSV Technologies they use this IP for the VOIP calling to Indian numbers.
What is the rule for the punishment or fine to a company that has the DOT license and involves in the VOIP calling to Indian PSTN numbers from India.
