1. Please provide the total number and list of candidates who have joined BSNL after 1-10-2000 against the recruitment process initiated by DOT prior to the formation of BSNL i, e 1-10-2000 and are covered under CCS(Pension)Rules 1972.
2. Please provide the list of candidates who were appointed as mentioned in col 1 and are retired and are receiving pension under CCS(Pension)Rules 1972. 3. How many Court Cases are pending in various Courts (High Courts and Central administrative tribunals) regarding demand of Old Pension and GPF under CCS PENSION RULES, filed by the applicants workingVHK in BSNL.
