As per the directions contained in the judgment and order dated 27.04.2012
rendered by the Honble Supreme Court of India in WP(C) No. 285/2010, a joint
expert committee was constituted in the DoT. After talcing into consideration the
recommendations made by the Committee, DoT has issued the instructions on Verification of . New Mobile Subscribers (Pre-paid & Postpaid) dated 09-08-2012 (attached herewith).
In this regard,
1. kindly provide a copy of the recommendations made by the committee
2. Kindly provide the copies of file notings in support of the instructions
