This has a reference to my representation on 01.11.2021 on fixation of pay in JAO cadre on deputation. I have already filed three representations for which no reply has been received and representation dated 01.11.2021 is my fourth one. More than 15 months have lapsed and no reply has been received till date. My representation has been forwarded by Office of Pr.CCA, DoT, Tamilnadu circle to DDG E and A with a copy to 1. Member FINANCE 2. Sr. DDG, Postal Accounts and Finance and 3. The Jt. CGCA Admin, Office of CGCA. A copy of which is attached for ready reference.
In this connection, kindly intimate
1. Present status and disposal of my representation dated 01.11.2021 with supporting rulings.
2. Copy of note sheets may kindly be provided.
3. Details of similar cases referred to DoT and DoP, if any and their present status.
4. Details of similar cases in any Postal or DoT circles handled at circle level and their present status and disposal.
5. Details of similar cases, if any taken to CAT and Court. Their present status and disposal along with relevant CAT and Court orders.
6. Demands in respect of similar cases by All India P and T Officers Association. Details of Government decision and further disposal may be provided.
