Kindly provide the following details in respect of Department of Telecommunication -
1. The no of Group A officers against whom the prosecution sanction for Trial in court of law has been granted by DoT under various sections of PC Act since 1.1.1997.
2. The no of Group A officers of DoT against whom the FIR has been lodged by CBI/state Vigilance/Lokayukts under various sections of PC Act since 1.1.1997.
3. The name of officer as per serial no 1 and 2 above with their date of birth and section of PC ACT in which FIR lodged/Prosecution sanction granted.
4. In case of serial No 2 above kindly provide the officers wise FIR number with name of the officer.
5. Kindly provide the FIR copy and copy of prosecution sanction in each case.
