A letter no:-No. 10-01/2008-G.I Dated 12.09.2022 was sent to Directorate of Estates to include all remaining field units/LSAs(which are not included in GPRA) of DoT in GPRA.Letter is attached here.
Now,Kindly provide the following information under RTI Act 2005.
1.Copy of letter sent by the Directorate of Estates regarding above letter to include remaining field unit/LSAs in GPRA.
2.If no letter has been sent by the Directorate of Estates.Then,thereafter,action taken by DoT in this regard to include to include remaining field unit/LSAs in GPRA.Copy of Notesheet should also be given.
