Chief Vigilance Officer, Department of Telecommunications may kindly provide attested copies of notesheets, orders and related correspondence related to the following:
i) complaint dated 01/12/2019 made against me by Shri L.C. Sharma, retired Senior Accounts Officer, O/o CCA Haryana.
ii) correspondence regarding operation of an office of CCA Haryana in Panchkula from 2014 till November 2019. Information is required from 2019 till the present day.
iii) correspondence of Vigilance Section, DoT with SEA section DoT from 2019 till the present day.
iv) attested copies of notesheets, related correspondence and orders of Vigilance Section, DoT with Central Vigilance Commission.
