1. Total how many sections/wings are there under DoT HQ, Sanchar Bhawan, New Delhi and name the Sections/wings with their controlling head.
2. Total how many regular staff are working in these sections/wings with their cadre name.
3. How many regular staff are officiating in next higher cadre and name their original cadre.
4. Total number of outsourcing staff are working in DOT HQ according to section wise including date of joining and appointed for how much period.
5. Total number of Consultant working in DOT HQ, in section wise with date of appointment and appointed for how many period.
6. On which basis consultants and outsourcing staff are appointed in DoT HQ and who is the appointing authority and which section issue the appointment order.
7. As per rule maximum how many year a consultant or a outsourcing staff can work in Govt. Office and how many times extension can be given & how much period.
8. Consultants and outsourcing persons are recruited against which vacancy & Whether through e-Tender or GeM?
9. If a outsourced staff claim for permanent absorption in this post through court case, what precautionary measure have taken by the office to counter legal litigation cases., if any.
10. Intimate all Section wise and cadre wise sanction strength and working strength in DoT HQ.
11. If clear vacancy are there, what steps have been taken by the office to fill up the said vacancy?
12. Whether the said vacancy position have been intimated to the Govt. for filling up the said vacancy or not, if yes when last intimated to Govt. of India.
13. How many consultants who have already been worked for more than three years and more than four years with their name and section.
