This RTI is with respect to Letter from Integrated Finance Division of DOT namely Letter.No.3-10/2014-SEA-I/Fin dated 29 March, 2022 regarding engagement of retired PSU Employees on Contract basis in DOT- Fixation of remuneration thereof. The applicant is adversely affected financially by this letter of DoT.
In this letter of DOT, there is a mention of consultation with Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure and clarification provided by Dept. Of. Expenditure thereafter, with respect to the subject mentioned above.
Following information is requested to be provided regarding this consultation with Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure and clarification provided by Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure thereafter.
1) Copy of Communication sent by DOT to the Ministry of Finance/ Dept. Of Expenditure for this consultation and copy of respective note sheet.
2) Copy of clarification received from Ministry of Finance/ Department of Expenditure in response to letter sent by DoT to Ministry of Finance/Dept. of Expenditure.
Scanned copies of the documents through email or electronic media will also serve the purpose. However, if scanning is not feasible, then undersigned is ready to pay for expenditure required hard copies of these documents. Pl conveys the required amount at my email address/postal address.
