Request For uploading on DoT website of its reply WITH disclosure of MY QUERY (rather than hiding reply as usual and stopping uploading of rti query after 2019) to minimize rti use under section 4(2) of RTI act to save DoT time in undue rti replies to comply DoPT circulars of 2013,2019 to avoid badly flouting of DoPT circular of dissemination of reply given
Sub- Details of agenda, proceedings and final decision made by DoT to upload on its website only rti query upto 2019 only rather than in real time in violation of DoPT circular of 2013,2019 needing disclosure in wide public interest under section 8(2) of RTI act and related details
Ref-No rti query with reply, no first appeal decision with grounds uploaded after december 2019 till date in violation of section 4(2) of rti act to minimize rti use by citizens by maximum dissemination of information
(1) Details of agenda, proceedings and final decision made by DoT to stop uploading on its website rti query after December 2019 ,if any, needing disclosure in wide public interest
(2) If 1 is no, liable official for avoiding of uploading of rti query with reply, first appeal decisions with grounds after 2019 till date on DoT website
(3) Copy of action taken against him for illegally stopping uploading of rti query after december 2019 from DoT website resulting in filing of undue rti applications violating DoPT circular of 2013,2019 as well as section 4(2) compelling citizens to file undue RTI applications
(4) Copy of all rti query with reply, first appeal decisions in CD after December 2019 till date in view of failure to upload these on DoT website after 2019 (depriving citizens from their fundamental right) by deposition of 50 Rs by uploading payment link on this portal
