Kindly provide
1. Copy of DOT latest circulars or office orders or letters(eg F.No.800-23/2015-ASII dated 04.08.2016 from Director (AS-II),DOT,ND) mentioning guidelines/instructions for obtaining CDR (Call Details Record) from any telecom company by the Law enforcement agencies.
2. Penal provisions for telecom company employee not following above mentioned guidelines.
