1) How many Telecom companies registered in India and also the number of users or customers registered with each company ?
2) How many times there is Internet Services shut down by order of Government of Haryana or of appropriate authorities in Haryana as whole or in parts i.e. in some districts/district, since 2015 ? (Provide district wise detail, if applicable).
3) Is there any Law/Rule/Regulation/Policy etc. relating to compensate the the customers either by extending the time during which the internet services had suspeded of already recharged pack or by pay him back or by any other way in the case of internet services shut down by the telecom companies on order of Government or of appropriate authorities ?
