As per the provisions of the RTI Act, please refer to the attached Press Release issued by the Ministry of Communications dated 26 November 2021 and provide the following:
1. A copy of the letter mentioned in the press release which was sent to Starlink asking the company to comply with the Indian regulatory framework for rendering the satellite based communication services and refrain from booking/rendering the satellite internet services in India with immediate effect.
2. Copies of all communication received from Starlink by the Department of Telecommunications from 1st January 2021 to the date of reply to this application
