In his reply, the CPIO has mentioned the name of the appellate authority, which is : Shri R K Saxena, Director (WM), WMO (HQ), Department of Telecommunications, Pushpa Bhawan, New Delhi – 110062. However, you have forwarded the appeal to appellate authority of WPC Wing in the Ministry of Communication. In regard, kindly note that you have submitted another application on the same subject as above, vide your RTI application No. DOTEL/R/E/21/00137 dated 24/02/2021, which have been disposed of earlier. However, you appeal has been forwarded by email to the appropriate appellate authority for further necessary action by him. You are included in this email as a copied recipient, for information to you. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed off.
