Dear sirs,
I request you to kindly answer the following questions and provide any documentation in support of the answers requested:
1. Has the Department of Telecommunications ever issued an order, circular or notice to the internet service providers to block the website www.godaddy.com.
2. If the answer to the above question is yes, then please provide a copy of such order or circular.
3. If the answer to the first question is yes, then please provide the reasons for issuing such an order for blocking the website.
4. If the answer to the first question is yes, please confirm if any show cause notice was first issued to the registrants of the website GoDaddy.com before blocking the website.
5. If the answer to the first question is yes, please provide any documentation relied upon by the concerned department in arriving at the conclusion that the website www.godaddy.com be blocked, including any complaint by a third party.
I undertake to file any additional fee as may be required to receive a copy of the documents requested hereinabove.
