1. What are the rules for the installation and operation of mobile towers in residential areas in India.
2. The queries from (a) to (f) are about the mobile tower being installed in the address Lane No 6, (Behind Shri Harish Kandpal House) Kalika Colony No 3, Loharialsaal Talla, P.O: Kathgaria, Haldwani, Uttarakhand PIN 263139.
a. Which company has been given permission to install tower in this Plot.
b. Are all the rules in the question number 1 adhered for the installation and operation of mobile tower in the above address.
c. If not, then what are the rules that are not obeyed.
d. Who are the Government officials responsible for taking action against them if any rule is violated.
e. Kindly provide me the approved plan of the mobile tower from the respective Panchayat.
f. Is there a power connection to the site or is the mobile tower operating in generator. Are all the environment rules obeyed if the mobile tower is operating in generator.
3. What is the minimum distance that is required to be considered from a college/school for the installation of a mobile tower.
4. What is the minimum distance that should be kept between two mobile towers.
