i am facilitator of class A-ISP . i Have queries written below
1.For laying overhead fiber cable for internet service in urban & rural area
what type of permissions required from local authorities and panchayat and from which departments i can get these permissions.
i have no objection certificate signed by 20 houses in village for internet service ,
2.is it enough for laying overhead fiber cable for internet services in rural area
because sarpanch not providing NOC & asking for free internet connection for his personal use.
