Dear Sir
I am Airtel mobile user. I am asking for incoming call detail of my own no in my monthly statement bill. Firstly I was told that TRAI has prohibited telecoms co cannot provide. I filed RTI in TRAI and TRAI replied that such instruction has not been passed/issued by us. After showing that reply to AIRTEL, AIRTEL is saying that DOT has issued us Licence and TRAI reply is not valid for AIRTEL.
Their reply is as below.
Dear Mr. Rizwan Ahmed,

Therefore, if you have any other query/ concern regarding the issue, you may approach our licensor, i.e. DoT, for further clarification.
