Bharti Airtel has asked all customers in Gujarat to upgrade 4G sim cards and they recently completed the upgrade. I am affected due to this infrastructure change and my sim (9998102699) was deactivated in this upgrade and i need some information about this upgrade.
1) How many sim cards were upgraded to 4G sim cards in total
2) After the 4G upgrade deadline, Airtel has deactivated all numbers who has not upgraded to 4G sim cards for 3 days.
How many sim cards were deactivated during this deactivation period.
3) Messaging services was stopped as first step on some phones who has not upgraded to 4G sim cards. On how many phones they suspended messaging services.
4) How many users were using 2G phones and this 4G upgarde was not required for them and they were also deactivated during this deactivation period.
